People had to pass a difficult tests to become a doctor. It increased standards for doctors. It made better doctors.
Doctors put sugar in the medicine, medicine became sweet so people ate it easily.
Baghdad contained over 800 doctors. The doctors were in high level. In Baghdad, there were about 60 hospital. The hospital was not just heal people. It shows society that the rich and healthy should be provided for and look after the less fortunate and sick. They were also situated and planned in modern ways. For example, there were different wards for different types of illnesses, to keep them separated, and they were inspected regularly. There were medical libraries or schools attached to the hospital. The most known hospitals were the al- Nuri hospital in Damascus and the Mansuri hospital in Cairo. The Mansuri hospital was the largest of the time, it could accommodate 8000 people. These hospitals' excellent care and facilities made them unrivaled in the world at that time.

Daily prayer. salahs should pray 5 times a day. It should face to Mecca. Salah is the name for the prayers. Prayers are led by a learned person who knows the Qur'an and is generally chosen by the congregation.
Prayers are said at dawn, mid-day, late-afternoon, sunset and nightfall, and thus determine the rhythm of the entire day. These five prescribed prayers contain verses from the Qur'an, and are said in Arabic, the language of the Revelation. Personal supplications, however, can be offered in one's own language and at any time.

Zakat
The word zakah means both "purification" and "growth." It is giving 2.5% of their incomes to goes to help the needys and the poors.

Every year in the month of Ramada-n, all Muslims fast from dawn until sundown--abstaining from food, drink, and
those who are sick, elderly, or on a journey, and women who are menstruating, pregnant or nursing, are permitted to break the fast and make up an equal number of days later in the year if they are healthy and able. Children begin to fast (and to observe prayers) from puberty, although many start earlier.
Hajj
The pilgrimage to Macca is an obligation only for those who are physically and financially able to do so. Nevertheless, over two million people go to Macca each year.
